Enhanced Application Performance and Continous Improvement

We continously monitor your business applications and look for areas of improvement. We troubleshoot application performance issues, identify potential bottlenecks and take proactive and suggestive measures to enhance the performance. This results in decreased operational costs thus maximizing the system utilization.

Defect Resolution and Root Cause Analysis

We will assist you in fixing the defects and perform the root cause analysis before fixing them. We produce incident reports in the process and maintain a list a defects, prioritize them and organize them to be fixed at the scheduled downtime period.

Patches, Fixes and Upgrades

We will install patches, fixes and product upgrades (if you are eligible to receive them from your vendor) with minimum downtime, without disrupting the integrity of the business applications. We shall perform an impact assessment and produce a report highlighting the key areas where the application is impacted.

Extend or Upgrade Existing Applications

We help to design system enhancements and extend your current applications to meet your evolving business needs and keep your systems performing to their fullest potential. We can deliver new functionality, provide enhancements to existing functionality that includes addressing performance, stability and scalability improvements. We also handle technology change management to transition you current applications from using a old technology to a newer technology to support an increased competitive advantage.

Our dedicated consultants are available (24x7) and they can offer both 1st and 2nd line support and provide comprehensive assistance, answer questions and manage the resolution of defects. The terms and conditions on the level and scope of support, will be covered under and is part of the Service Level Agreement (SLA). .
